We tried out Keyword Elite, expecting to find another mediocre keyword generator with perhaps a few interesting features. But in the end we were quite surprised…
Keyword Elite gives you just about whatever you could want out of a keyword generator, plus a few things you might not expect.
It does a great job of just compiling lists of keywords and meta tags, and the filters are great for working out undesirable terms. Beyond that, it also analyzes cost per click listings, keyword competition, and helps keep tabs on Adwords competition.

I’ve seen complaints elsewhere that Keyword Elite isn’t terribly well documented. Well, by the time I got around to trying it, these complaints have definitely become obsolete.
The only problem with Keyword Elite’s training program is that there’s just too much of it.
Most people won’t need to watch most of the videos, as they cover a variety of situations the average user probably isn’t going to run into unless they’re doing a specific task. However, it’s good to know that they’re there, and just browsing through them does give some good ideas on keyword search tactics and more general advertising tips.
There are a few difficulties, but in the end they don’t seriously damage the value of the product.
Some of the more advanced features aren’t as intuitive as they could be. New users especially are likely to need the training videos to make the most of some of the filters and the functions beyond the keyword generator itself. Also, there is usually a noticeable wait for most of the features to complete their task, likely due to the fact that most require transferring information to sites like Google or Ask.com.

In summary, Keyword Elite is a great tool, versatile enough that new users and veteran affiliates alike will find something useful.
The basic functionality is easy enough that just about anyone can sit down and get a basic list of keywords on whatever topic they’re interested in, while an experienced advertiser can spend as much time as they want to really get their keyword lists optimized through the various useful filters. It isn’t exactly lightning fast, but considering the amount of information it deals with from a number of different sites this is an easily forgivable flaw.
